Maintaining the vessels stability by ballasting/de-ballasting salt water and maintain operational draft.
Planning and executing day to day jobs in marine dept.
Monitoring Rob’s bulks, DW, PW and receiving/transferring from the supply vessels.
Asst the barge master in towing operations and assist him in mooring operations of the rig (operating windlass/capstan).
Maintaining all logs and updating of all books and files.
Monitoring the class, flag state documents and assist the master in renewal and other works.
Monitoring the anchor tension system and keep updated information to OIM.
Leader of Fire/backup team and maintenance of Fire fighting/life saving appliances.
Monitoring fire and gas alarm systems, maintenance of safety equipments and keeping watch in control room.
Supervising of crane operations on deck and communicator/supervisor for transferring men and material from rig to supply vessel/helicopter.
Mooring, bunkering of fuel and fresh water with supply vessels.
