Reviewing and updating sub contractors Method Statements and Risk Analysis. Implementing, audits/inspections, updating 90 days look ahead schedules, TBT, PTW system implementation, .

Oct 2006-March 2008
Occidental: Construction HSE team lead working with a small team of HSE inspectors controlling and advising the contractor (5000+ personnel with 60 Safety officers) on his activities and performances. Project consists of : road construction and repairing, construction of camps and workshops, preparation of well pads, installation of steam generators, construction of Mechanical Vaporisation Compressor and Central Process Facilities, tank farm ( 14pcs) interconnecting pipe racks and pipelines, de-bottlenecking project inside existing process facility, satellite stations and sub stations. Position includes: camp and hygiene inspections, audits and site inspections, incident reporting and investigation, monitoring contractor scaffold activities, road safety, Job Hazard Analysis, Shutdown safety coordination.
6months Total: HSE engineer assistent on the FPSO Dalia. Monitoring construction activities during tow, stopover in Cape Town and the anchoring and hook-up at block 17 Angola.

2003-2006 Total Fina Elf: HSE-Supervisor for Elf Petroleum Iran at Dorood 3
Project at Kharg Island. In the construction phase of the project which is an Oil
Separation (16% H2S) plant with Water and Gas injection, we monitored and
adviced the contractors HSE performance. In the commissioning and start-up/
production phase responsible all HSE activities on site such as Gate entry
procedures, setting up PTW office, training of personnel and organising drills.
Experienced in PTW coordinating, Scaffold coordination, JSA, TBT, road
safety, incident investigation, Cause Tree Analysis, audits and inspections,
writing and implementing procedures (SOP), ERT, Hazids, Hazops.

2002-2003 Total Fina Elf: HSE-Supervisor for Total South Pars project in Iran. Responsible for all HSE-activities in the Utility Area with 10 safety-officers under my supervision. The project contains 4 trains, which deliver gas, condensate and sulphur for export.

2001-2002 GLT: HSE-supervisor in the construction and commissioning stage of a NAM King Size Cluster for Stork Groningen Long Term. Upgrade of Slochteren Gas Poduction cluster.
DOW: as a technical inspector/safety advisor at furness upgrade project for 3 months.

1999-2001 UNA: as HSE-supervisor at 14 different power plants in the region Amsterdam.
Implementation of procedures, working instructions and safety practices for all construction works.
Co-ordinating and maintaining the HSE meetings, toolboxmeetings on site.
Investigation of incidents, accidents, anomalies, downgraded situations in the planning and execution of works and operational tasks.
