I Have more than 7 (seven) years in Inspection & Quality Control including supervision & coordination, inspection, prepare quality control procedure and responsible for general quality control activities to confirm that they comply with specified procedure or Client requirement. I have served as QC Inspector, Coating and Painting Inspector for Oil and Gas Project, Oil Refinery Project, Petrochemical, and Pipelines Project (Onshore and Offshore Project).

Job Description

o Survey condition of vessel/pipe construction (new building and repairing) to know condition of steel structure.
o Meeting with Owner Rep. Yard Rep. And contractor to new project.
o Calculate how many liter of paint to use of the project
o Recommend surface preparation and paint systems
o Control ambient temperature before, during, and after process abrasive blasting, power tooling, and painting.
o Control surface preparations after abrasive blasting before apply painting.
o Control using, mixing, viscosity, temperature of paint.
o Supervise during application of the paint.
o Control WFT and DFT
o Make daily, weekly, and monthly report.
o Analyst NCR.
