2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]


As an administrator of Agility Logistics( Safat, Kuwait) I am responsible for preparing and processing document related to Administration. My primary responsibility is to process the employee exit form (Termination, Dismissal and resignation) and taking the necessary action (Visa cancellation, absconding case filing and deportation) on the ground of Kuwait labor law. I am also responsible to process final settlement for the exiting employees for their service. We have a different weekly and monthly report which I have to prepare and submit to the top management. Our department worked as team, prepared an SOP and submitted to the top management which they are implemented in the organization. That helps us to avoid unnecessary delays in the administration process.

Before coming to present company I was working in Arabian project Group Company ( Safat, Kuwait) as an administrator where I was performing the office admin jobs which include the following responsibilities.
• Arranging and coordinating personal business schedules.
• Handling all incoming and out going correspondence.
• Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system.
Organize and arrange travel, ticket and accommodation.
As an admin person I started proper filing system which eases the job of finding the documents.

I started my career with Dhanam Business publication- which is the number one business publication available in Malayalam language. It helps me to make a good number of contacts with is a short period of time. As an Assistant Marketing Manager my responsibility was as follows.
Space marketing- Approaching advertising department of the companies as well as the agencies. And invite them to ‘Dhanam’
Subscription marketing- Approach the customers and demonstrate the product and explain the futures and benefits. I we were Able to capture the market and build up the new sales record that period of time in our assigned area and we Build a strong relationship with companies and agencies whom they are advertising though Dhanam. And also arranged Company’s counter in many international and local bocks fair.
