Currently working as Service Engineer (ON/OFF) in Oil Field Instrumentation India Ltd. (OFI) Mumbai.

OFI established in 1992 is one of the largest companies in India providing Mud Logging services for Exploratory, Developmental, Deep water and CBM drilling locations with real time data acquisition and monitoring, alarm, data storage, computerized logs and Web enabled Transmission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Dealing with clients like ONGC, British Gas, Jubilant, JTI, etc and maintaining a healthy relationship with them.
• Rig up & Commissioning of Mud Logging unit in Offshore & Onshore Rigs which includes installing the sensors and Junction Boxes at correct positions, laying of cables, connecting sensors with the unit, and starting the unit.
• Technical Support to the client end and make sure that the unit operates smoothly without any hitches
• Preventive maintenance of the sensors and equipments used in mud logging for monitoring different parameters during drilling like Total Depth, Stand Pipe Pressure, Mud Flow, Conductivity, Temperature, Total Gas & Chromatographic gas analyzers, H2S, etc.
• Testing including cold check & online checking of sensors and other Equipments.
• Calibration of H2S Sensor, LEL Sensor, Total Gas Analyzer, FID Gas Chromatograph, etc.
• Installation of OFI SCADA Software and its interfacing with NOV & ABB Softwares.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the members of the unit and driving the group to optimum output.
• Submission of Daily progress report, Well completion report and all related logs with interpretation at the end of a successful drilling session
• Research and Development work at base factory for development of new logging hardware technology with dedicated software

Worked as Sales Engineer (Reporting to Sales Manager) in K.B.F Trading and Contracting Company, Doha- Qatar, handling Industrial Fire & Gas detectors, Explosion Proof (EExd/ EExe/ EExi) Enclosures & Equipments and Instrument Cables.
