Whist employed here I was a rigger, lifting and moving supplies and equipment around the yard and factory.
FEB 2001 - NOV 2005 Royal Navy
whilst employed within the Royal Navy my duties
involved a wide range of seamanship tasks. This
included various jobs such as working alongside divers
rigging and de-rigging equipment and dive attendant.
Slinger and davit operator which involved moving heavy
materials around the ship. Bringing the Ship in and
out of harbours. Also on-board I worked as a ROV
Maintainer, Fibre Optic Splicer and Sonar Operator. I
am conversant with the mechanical, electrical and
hydraulic side of the Royal Navy R.O.V. I am also
aware of the permit to work system. Also in my time in the Royal Navy I worked on the dockside rigging and slinging. I also used the permit to work system.

Apr 2005-Nov 2005-PSN

Whilst employed with PSN I worked on the Claymore project as a Rigger, Doing task such as installing steel work, pipes and pipe supports.

Apr 2006-Present- Woodgroup Engineering

Since being employed with Woodgroup I have worked on a few BP, Shell and Talisman oil rigs. Most of my time I have spent on the BP ETAP/MUNGO which I joined in November 2007. In my time here I have been involved in 3 shut downs 2 of which I was rigging foreman.
Interests and hobbies

In my spare time I like to take part in physical sports such as judo and football. I also spend time reading books and looking on the Internet as I'm keen to learn about new things. I have also just became a father for the first time and planning to get married.
