I have completed my MS program in Civil Engineering at Wayne State University with specialization in Construction Management. I am looking for an opportunity to serve in a reputed company and utilize my educational qualification and experience in my chosen field.

I have four years of experience with a Construction Management firm and a Multi-national group. I have successfully completed few prestigious projects, in which my job responsibilities were to develop master time schedules, monitor cost and progress of the project and to supervise the construction activities at site. I am proficient in using a few software applications such as: MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, Autodesk Revit and Primavera Project Planner 6.0.

I am highly motivated to accept challenges and able to perform effectively in a team as well as individually. I am particular about meeting deadlines of the projects and completing the assigned task.

• To support the project manager in the proper coordination in obtaining input required for estimates including insurance, bonds, taxes, labor rates, equipment, scoping subcontracts, procurements, pricing of professional services, procurements quotes, mark-ups and other input, as appropriate.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and department / project-related reports.
• Performing a wide variety of administrative tasks including the preparation of letters, memos, reports and correspondences.
• Receiving guidance, training, and mentoring from senior professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments

• Worked as a Project Planning & Control Engineer in the Planning and Development of Campuses Department. Responsibilities as a Project Control Engineer included:

• The major projects executed under my supervision included construction of the six-story Operation Theater and Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U) building for the Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi, and Admin building & private ward for the Chiniot General Hospital, Karachi. • Direct support of site management on the projects for engineering and construction
• Ensure that the work is performed according to the project design and specifications
• Regular Reviews and modifications of the drawings to assist in the construction process

• Support and maintain client and subcontractor relationships
• Solicit prices from subcontractors
