Seeking a challenging assignments as a QA/QC Inspector in maintenance / construction / fabrication (quality assurance) with a dynamic & growth oriented organization

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 Have 15 years of experience & exposure to quality management of NDT, fabrication & construction works for engineering companies in Onshore and Offshore.
 My experience is inclusive of but not limited to quality assurance and control activities in various projects in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & Nigeria.
 Possess good knowledge and interpretation of various Codes such as ASME Sec IX, B31.3, API 1104 and Saudi Aramco Standards.
 Proven track record of meeting target dates and working under pressure situations.
 An effective communicator with the ability to work with teams & contribute to the team’s goals.
 Having good experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including documentation and maintaining data base.

 Maintaining welder’s continuity record.
 Maintaining Material traceability.
 Dimensional Checks Fit up/ Tolerance Checks Visual Inspection of welds and all other activities related to Quality Control.
 Inspection of Fabricated Piping as per requirement and offering for inspection to contractor /Client
 Witnessing Torquing of flanges.
 Witnessing Hot bolting.
 Maintaining all quality documents related to inspection and testing.
 Coordinating with Client in all aspect. Liaison with client on all quality related issues.
 Reviewing PWHT Reports / Chart.
 Reviewing Radiography Films
 Coordinating with NDT personnel on NDT related issues.
 Coordinating for punch listing of piping test packs.
 Coordinating punch killing process and follow up resolving punch items
 Initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities.
 Coordinating with management on quality related issues.
 Review of test pack documentations.
 Preparing N2 leak test packs and witnessing the leak test.
 Verifying all documents required for Turnover and Commissioning Package (TCP).
 Final inspection before Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
 Preparing completion records(Check sheets) before Pre-Commissioning.
 Preparing commissioning documents before commissioning.
 Coordinating with client completion department for final mechanical completion.
 Maintaining EMPegasus data base for completion recording.
 Preparing and getting singed of Discipline Mechanical Completion Certificate(DMCC),System Mechanical Certificate (CMCC),Ready For Commissioning Certificate (RFCC) and System Turn Over (STN)from the client
