I am a Senior Instrument Technician who has approximately 30 years experience in the Instrumentation and Electrical field. I have been employed for the last 14 years as an I+E maintenance technician for a Houston area Chemical plant. My experience level runs the gamut from all types of pneumatics to current Field bus installations. I have attended valve engineering schools, nuclear transmitter schools, as well as PLC troubleshooting, Mass flow, Mag flow and Radar level schools. I have used RSlogix 5 software as the most recent PLC troubleshooting tool. I have done extensive repair and troubleshooting of pneumatic and electronic control systems as well as all types of electrical installations up to 2400 volt systems. I hold an ISA CCST level III certification, have attended 2 years of electronics classes while in high school and have continued my education on new technologies as they developed. I have a current Journeyman electrical license issued from the state of Texas as well as a Nuclear Gauge technician license issued for the state of Texas as well. I have also been involved with several years of field service for a very large Instrument manufacturer as well as acting as a sales representative of the same.I have worked as a supervisor on several construction projects as well as a supervisor upgrade for I+E maintenance. I believe I can offer both my skills in repair and maintenance as well as a profound knowledge of instrumentation in a sales position.
