1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

I have had over 17 years experience in across different industries such as Gas and Oil Onshore Facilities, Construction Projects. Had been involved in hands-on operation and documentation and this experience was combined with strong communication skills and ability. Assigned & experienced in various departments; QA/QC, Administration, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Engineering

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

 Lead and manage a group of Document Controller and Office Supports Staff.
 Establish and Coordinate schedule for creating databases for tracking all Technical and Commercial Documents and provide status update on a regular basis.
 Interface with the vendor and obtain the descriptions necessary to be provided in the Vendor Document Register.
 Responsible for proper upkeep of all documents pertaining to projects correspondences between the clients and the vendors including all technical, commercial, vendor, construction and final project dossiers. Archive on both paper and electronic copies for formal transmittal to client and vendors.
 Monitoring the process of maintenance and archiving of all internal & external documents and documentation, including drafts, originals and subsequent versions of contracts, proposals, modifications, general communication, agreements, technical documents/drawings, policies & procedures, plans and programs meeting minutes; coordinating the above documentation into a company-wide document management system.
 Update the drawing & document registers on continual basis & distribute a copy of the same to all HOD’s every fortnightly.
 Coordinating with engineering & maintenance personnel to reinstatement of equipment accessories, piping instrumentation devices. To assist leader of group in line checking & initiates the punch listing as per isometric drawing approved & subject for as built.
 Ensure proper and satisfactory operation of the computerized document Management system at all stages (transmitting, receiving, recording, Scanning, archiving viewing etc.)
 Develops procedures for document scanning and oversee indexing of documents into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and oversee the maintenance of the Common Company System (CCS)
 Supervise day-to-day operations of Document Retention Group & Provides information to internal and external auditors as requested for audit purposes; generate special reports as required
 Monitoring punch list items activities including Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) initiated by the clients and proponents prior to final completion to the project.
 Reviewing scope of work, project specification, procedures & their revisions to determine the adequacy of such to meet clients and management quality assurance/control system & initiate changes in various procedures as required in accordance with quality control program.
 Directly responsible to the Field Engineering Manager (FEM) for the receipt, registration, distribution and filing of all site issued Technical Documents and EDMS such as Procedures (PR), Technical Query (TQ), Field Revision Instruction (FRI), applicable to the work site.
 Maintain a secure, computerized document revision system, a periodic review system, and status tracking for all process-related documents/drawings and records, Unclassified documents originating within the company.
 Establish and operate the Electronic document management systems on a project, managing the access to the system & Support the smooth execution and maintenance of the Document Management System.
 Document classification, sorting, filing, archiving and retrieval of document in accordance to project document indexing and filing system.
 Establish and implement document management procedures, Control project correspondence and engineering documentation as per approved system (ISO)
 Provide coordination/liaison support for document control areas during active project phase as well as end for Smooth Handover.
