Service Chief and Project Manager
Started in the SIEMENS department of Transportation Systems Rolling Stock in 2003 as an engineer.
Before working as Service Chief and Regional Project Manager in the Romanian Desiro project, he was leading the department for maintenance and repairs of diesel locomotives in the Depot Bucharest .
In 1998 he graduated with license diploma from Polytechnic University of Bucharest - Faculty of Transport for Railways Rolling Stock or vehicle on railway

Job Name: SERVICE CHIEF– Transportation Systems (T.S) Department
The main duties:
-to keep up our availability for Desiro trains (Siemens “Blue Arrow”). In present we have in service 40 rail motorcars and our availability is 99%. We delivered already 120 trains to the “CFR” railway (from 1 January 2003 until present).
-to supply with spare parts from Germany our store and send back the defect parts.
-to organize our store (to assure our stocks).
-to make the final quality inspection in Astra Arad („Q 50“) so the train can be delivered to the “CFR” railway.
-to put the new software on our train Desiro.
-to solve all technical problem that occur, to avoid the series defect.
-to organize our service team, I am the team leader.
-Health & Safety Training for our service team.
Because our Project Manager left our company Siemens, I made also his job.
Notice: The biggest achievements with my service team by Siemens were: for the first time in our country we manage to change the axis and primary suspension -to put the new software on our train Desiro (on all our device).

electric-locomotives; General Motors locomotives (I worked together with a representative of General Motors service and I learned about the maintenance of this locomotives type and then I teach our workers), Alstom locomotives with Caterpillar engines.
