• Supervise the Invison group of 10 Invision technicians for the SGI SGP project.
• Coordinating and controlling Invision tasks and, providing with help and teach use software to new employees InVision and SmartPlant Review.
• Responsible for all weekly invision Construction Progress reports with detail information, also collecting data and verifying the quality, distributing to Managers, Engineers, Planners, Material Coordinators and Customers: Material Status, Hydro Test progress, Turnover progress, Piping progress (equipment, piping, HVAC, steel, electrical, instruments, civil for Oil, Gas, Sulfur, Power, Utilities, off plots areas)

• Provide training and support to the HSE/TRC on the use and familiarization of the HSE Safety Training Database system and other databases as developed.
• Responsible for the scheduling of HSE Training Courses and notification of Contractors or Individuals who are requesting HSE Training at the various PFD Approved Training locations in accordance with the schedule as identified in the HSE Training Plan. Include PFD, TCO and Contractor Training facilities.
• Assist the HSE/TRC with inputting of data from the various PFD Authorized Training locations when necessary to prevent and/or eliminate any potential backlog of data that would prevent personnel records from being established in the HSE Safety Training Database.
• Conducting Quality Control checks on the data being entered by the HSE/TRC on a periodic basis, to ensure that the information is being input and maintained in the database system to allow for report generation.
• Maintaining the database, tracking personnel training courses and training renewal data, input and export data to generate a variety of reports in support of various HSE functions.
• Work with the IT Department on the development criteria for databases created for the HSE Department, include the development of databases to support statistical information gathering for generation of monthly PFD internal and external HSE measurement metrics.
• Assist in setting up processes and procedures for internal and external recordkeeping in compliance with PFD, RoK and other internal and external customers as defined.
• Ensure that an HSE Trainer is assigned to conduct the scheduled HSE Training Course, and notify the HSE Trainer via e-mail of course type, language and course population.
• Capture and collection of data from the HSE Safety Training Database to establish a Daily, Weekly and Monthly HSE Training Statistical report of PFD, PFD Contractor, Sub-Contractor and TCO Project assigned personnel who attend one of the PFD HSE Training Courses.
• Responsible for establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers.
• Collect weekly HSE Training information from All Contractors on the SGI/SGP Projects for collating into monthly HSE roll-up report to Managers. Collect weekly HSE Training information and collate into weekly HSE Training Forecast report for distribution to PFD HSE and PFD Site Project Director.
• Assist the HSE Trainers with the creation in (English/Kazakh/Russian languages), printing and issuance of individual Course Attendance/Completion Cards that are issued to each person who passes any of the PFD HSE Training courses.
• Responsible for a broad range of administrative duties with a high degree of accuracy. Has the ability to discern between routine matters and those requiring immediate attention. Manages supervisor's calendar and contact lists and prepares supervisor for meetings and other events.
• Provide administrative support for Supervisor’s and their direct reports to include, but not limited to:
- Handle all administrative responsibilities (invoice processing, purchasing reconciliation, office supplies inventory maintenance, etc.).
• Schedule and coordinate for meetings, activities and functions, including arranging for conference rooms and audio-visual requirements, sending meeting invites, handling catering, compiling agendas, and attending meetings to scribe and report out action items. Coordinate time sheet approval process and filing. Maintain departmental information: distribution/phone/address/vendor lists, vacation schedule, training compliance. Maintain appointment calendars. Provide technical assistance for group: Assist with data compilation and analysis and with generating presentation slides and other materials.
