PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:

Telefonica Movistar (November 2005 - Present)
Network Engineer IV. Supervising and executing maintenance works, optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting for telecommunication systems (CDMA and GSM Technologies) are working and operating on Telefonica Movistar Mobile Network in Venezuela since the National Network Operation Center (NOC). Monitor network and server Alarms, and respond to accordingly. Monitor the billing and authentication systems and report their status. Responsible for executing processes & procedures to improve network reliability with a target of 99.999% availability in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre. Installations and service turn up, maintenance, technical support, monitoring and management of the Wireless Broadband Network. Provides first level support to field installation staff for problems related to wireless access points. Coordinates and assists field operations staff in service maintenance activities. Opening and escalating tickets with Customer. Hand over all Trouble Tickets and important alarms to the next shift properly to assure the Trouble Tickets are followed up by the next shift.

Halliburton (June 2005 – October 2005)
Field Professional Associate Engineer in the logging and perforating area associated with the registries and drilling of oil wells located in Monagas Venezuela. Responsible for the scheduling, planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to different electronic drilling tools and register systems.
