Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in carrying out of projects (Lump Sum, TUR / WUR, Short Form Contracts) from start to end.
• Scheduling of Job Explanation for new projects to Contractors in coordination with concerned proponent’s Project Engineer.
• Assist and provide proper documents relevant to opening of Contractor Bids; awarding to Lowest Bidder and Bid Clarification if necessary.
• Review and ensure that proper documents are secured prior to Release Purchase Order creation (e.g. Sufficient Budget; Cost Allocation; Advice proponent for supplemental budget if necessary...etc.). Arrange the package and make transmittals for RPO’s approval and signature from higher office.
• Notify and coordinate with the proponent of the scheduled start and completion date of a project as soon as the Contractor acknowledges and signs the RPO.
• Assist in processing of Variation or Change Order if necessary.
• Generate reports of all on-going Lump Sum and TUR packages
• Back charge processing of Contractor’s Driving violations inside SAUDI ARAMCO vicinity.
