Project Engineer with the Engineering and Construction Department.

Assigned to brownfield projects on BP Trinidad & Tobago (BPTT) onshore and offshore facilities.

Following lists my RESPONSIBILITIES at Wood Group T&T:

Built my project team appropriate for define & execution stage
Finalize project scope resulting in Scope Of Works (SOW), execution cost estimate and execution schedule and get project funded, hereby liaising closely with single person accountable within BPTT. Within Wood Group relying on knowledge base for accuracy of cost and duration estimates.
Produce product/service consistent with SOW, cost and schedule, hereby ensuring timely material requisition and inviting and selecting of capable contractors for execution the project SOW.
Managing and monitoring project execution progress via standardized project management techniques
Evaluate contractors' products/services to ensure performance to specifications & maximum ROI
Adhering to BP Golden Rules of safety, Engineering Standard Practises, SIRP stipulations during ALL project phases

Providing the necessary project management support to the Gas Deliverability Project on BPTT’s Galeota Terminal. Project objective: To upgrade the Stabilisation Facility at Galeota to ensure deliverability of BPTT gas from offshore under all foreseen circumstances.
