Presently working for M/s ACC Ltd as: HEAD OF THE DEPT(Electrical) since Dec-06 with “M/s. Associated cement company Ltd'., one of the largest cement producers in India. Presently working at M/s Obajana Cement Plc. (Dangote Group) Nigeria which is on Commissioning, operation and maintenance contract of M/S ACC.

• Successfully completed the commissioning of fully atomized (FLS, Denmark) 2X 5000 TPD (two lines).
• 2 Nos Vertical raw mills of capacity 460 tph and 4nos vertical cement mills of 140 tph each, 5 nos packers of H&B, Germany of 180 tph each.
• 15 Nos of automatic loading machines of BEUMER, Germany each having the capacity of 120TPH.

• Erection, commissioning, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of the following equipments.

• 11KV/420V,2500/2000 KVA Distribution Transformers of Siemens make,11KV/690V and 11KV/725V,4000 KVA VFD Transformers of ABB make and 11KV/33KV, 33KV/11KV ,7500 KVA Power Transformers of L&T make and its protection.
• Digital MCCs and MDBs of Siemens make and their protection.
• Siemens make 11KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers and L&T make 33KV Outdoor circuit breakers and their protection.
• L&T Designed 11KV / 33 KV and 33KV / 11KV Switch Yards with 2 nos of 7500 KVA power transformers including 9 kms of overhead line and its Protection.
• SIPROTEC relay and its programming.
• Siemens make Battery Charger and its connecting problems and its rectification.
• 9 nos of VEM make 11 KV Slip ring induction motors and their protection. (4nos of 4000KW VRM motors , 4 nos of 3000KW vertical Cement mill motors and 1 no of 2400KW crusher motor)
