MFL equipment of 3P services West Germany. Well conversant with the operation of Various X-ray and Gamma ray equipments, Ultrasonic flaw

Magnetic Particle Testing:-Testing of Exchangers, Towers, Vessels and Boilers
use Yoke and Prod Method.

Dye Penetrate Testing: - Testing of Weld Joints of Refinery Piping, Vessels, Towers, Exchangers and boilers.

Working as an NDT Technician for Petroleum Development Oman / SHELL
In the Maintenance contract

Job Responsibilities

Performing all kinds of Non Destructive Testing (UT, MT& PT), according to PDO/Shell specifications

Well experienced in corrosion monitoring of Tanks, pressure vessels and pipeline.

Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies and procedures. Participate in weekly and monthly HSE meetings.

Document all the NDT findings in the concerned soft/hard files and prepare NDT reports according to client’s specifications.

Project:

Operation inspection services contract of PDO –C2K8061

Responsibilities:

Off stream and on stream inspections of on plot piping
And static equipment, flow lines and other pipelines at the oil production
And gathering stations of Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO). Wall
Thickness data gathering for the PACER RBI (Risk Based Inspection) using

On plot baseline and re-inspection surveys for PACER risk based inspection.
