Production and Maintenance Excellence is central department provides advises to the onshore and offshore assets and formulate long-term strategies, optimize equipment performance, minimize deferment and maintenance costs, and ensure the compliance of the equipment technical integrity and standards.

 Looked after job responsibilities like;
 Maintenance Management, Process Improvement Plans and Implementation.
 Ensuring Quality Assurance.
 Quality Initiatives like ACW (Autonomous care workshop), SOS (site ownership scheme), FAIR (Focused Asset Integrity review), SAP data clean up, Hazardous area equipments integrity verification

 Provide electrical advice and services to support asset units/services units (AU/SU).
