EXPERIENCE:

June 02 to Present Pilgrim's Pride Inc. WACO, Texas
Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Foreman / Electrician/Motor Controls Technician (20 people "supervisor" ; 6 people "foreman")
AS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: I'm currently responsible for all maintenance related issues for the entire facility during first shift operations. I handle all scheduling of personnel, projects, electrical project budgeting, and communications between maintenance, production, and U.S.D.A. I implement, audit, and maintain our preventive maintenance program over all areas of the facility.
AS MAINTENANCE FOREMAN: l was responsible for all maintenance related issues on the cook side of the plant during first shift operations. I triaged all maintenance calls during the day and assigned mechanics / electricians to each job as they were best suited.
AS PLANT ELECTRICIAN: I was responsible for maintaining all electrical systems during 2nd shift operations of the Waco complex, primarily on cook side. This involved heavy motor control troubleshooting and design on a daily basis. (from basic start/stop controls; to multiple frequency drive, multifunction P.L.C.-run systems).

Electrical Engineer / Plant Electrician (1 journeyman electrician under me, ~4 apprentice/helpers)
As the complex electrical engineer my responsibilities included electrical system design, system troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance (as needed) of all electrical systems on complex premises. I designed multiple new electrical systems while here. I was responsible for budgeting out the electrical department, obtaining all necessary info needed for projects, ordering all materials for said job, and overseeing the installation of all new electrical systems being added on to complex premises. I frequently worked with many different field rep's from many different types of companies and installation contractors. I was also acting network/IT administrator while employed here.

Maintenance Mechanic (3rd shift)
I was responsible for all maintenance activities in my given area during third shift operations. This involved heavy troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems on high speed processing machinery. I maintained the inventory control system for all materials used on any piece of machinery during a given shift, accounted for all time that was spent by any mechanics while working on any piece of machinery during said shift, and made any inventory adjustments. I received and adjusted on all incoming parts for the maintenance department. I also suggested, handled software consultation on, and implemented the new "CMMS" Windows-based system, Maximo, to replace the "AS400" system that was currently in place for inventory control, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs, and various other industrial maintenance processes.

I supervised all shipping/receiving employees during days events, shipped and/or received all incoming or outgoing shipments on a daily basis (all large-scale), handled all inventory control issues, handled any shipping losses or discrepancies that we might have suffered during the weeks events, made any and all adjustments to company inventory as needed, did all routine shipping/receiving administrative duties (payroll adjustments, disciplinary actions), and did all weekly reports to corporate.

Assistant Operations Supervisor / Computer Tech (30-50 people)
AS ASSISTANT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR: I supervised all agents in a given area of a calling floor room that was filled with many people. I handled any computer problems that they ran across during production and maintained all administrative duties. Upon first receiving the "Orion Project" contract, I trained ALL new incoming agents to the Addison branch on systems integrations, R.A.M.P. system commands, and the other software applications they'd be using. I handled the daily production reports (All Texas branches) which told us every agents attendance, idle time, and any positive or negative trends that they might be developing. I also wrote a branch-wide overview report that listed all agent idle time, productive time, progress or regress trends in comparison to relative working areas (in the form of a spread sheet), and reviewed these production reports, weekly, with the district operations manager.
AS COMPUTER TECH: I worked in the bridge of the Addison branch office and did computer maintenance on various pieces of equipment in the company. I mainly worked on our climate controlled mainframe doing routine maintenance, P.M.'s, board repairs, swap records boards (HUGE flash memory chips), troubleshoot any networking problems we might have, and set up new network connections for adding more dummy (star-type) monitor & keyboard setups. I also worked nights once a week to repair or replace any broken machinery in the facility while it's not in use.

I'm familiar with all microsoft applications with the only exception being Access. I've worked on mainframe supercomputers, servers, and many other types of computers in general. I'm not that familiar with Mac systems. As far as software goes, I'm very good with HTML and Java programming. I know many aspects of Basic and have used it with integrated PLC pragramming for HMI units and programs, but I wouldn't call myself a machine language pro like some of the ASCII wizzes in the industry.
5. Other Skills - CV/Resume Part 5 [Optional]
I'm a decent welder with college classes on T.I.G., M.I.G., Oxy-Acetylene, and Electrode welding with most of my experience being in T.I.G. I'm fully capable of reading and drawing just about any type of blueprints/schematics (hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, ladder logic, etc..) I'm capable of minor board-level electronics repair, but would not refer to myself as an E.T. I'm familiar with multiple networking programs and operating systems such as Novell, NT, Linux Server, and multiple small peer-to-peer programs.

I have college certification on heavy machinery operation (dozers, front end loaders, drots/mi-jacks, cherry pickers, forklifts, and others). I'm licensed & OSHA Certified Hazmat "Class A" since (`05), licensed & OSHA Certified Confined Space Entry & Retrieval since (`05), I hold several other Certifications, too many to list individually. I have 10 solid years of experience in electrical/electronics repair, control system design, complex motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and many other types of systems used in large-scale industrial maintenance. I have received supervisory training more than once, and have been in a management position with a substantial amount of employees beneath me.
