I am an experienced Post Graduate in Marine Engineering with CHIEF ENGINEERS CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY & having a service experience of more than Ten Years of which about last Five Years in company’s top level management, with extensive technical expertise in handling the repair and maintenance works of a wide spectrum of 2-stroke & 4-stroke engines, centrifugal separators, air compressors, provision & a/c compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, freshwater generators(plate type & tube type) and reverse osmosis plants and smoke and water tube boilers, the details of which are contained in my resume appended.

In addition to technical expertise, I bring to your table demonstrated skills in resource management and team leadership. I am capable to eliciting and delivering value in difficult circumstances against challenging deadlines. Having worked in environments of extraordinary stress demanding high emotional energy and at times sheer nerve, to ensure smooth functioning of both man and machine in tandem, I am confident that I can ensure for your organization a roadblock free production process in the worst of situations.

• Testing boiler water for correct additives

• Burner maintenance (both rotary & pressure jet type)

1. Complete overhauling
2. Decarbonising of piston’s & liner’s.
3. Stuffing box overhauling.
4. Cylinder head, fuel injectors, air starting valve overhauling.
5. Fuel injection pump overhauling

7. Main bearing, crank pin bearing renewal.
8. Crank shaft deflection.

Purifiers and Centrifugal Separators
1. Bowl Routine.

1.Complete overhauling of compressors(reciprocating & centrifugal type).
2.Leak testing & fault finding of associated systems.

Centrifugal & positive displacement pumps
1.Complete overhauling of all types of centrifugal pumps such as impeller & vane type.
2.Complte overhauling of positive displacement pumps such as screw, gear reciprocating & lobe type of pumps.

Smoke & water tube boiler’s
1.Complete overhauling of rotary cup & pressure jet burners.
2.Water testing & treatment.
3.Complete stripping down of boiler for surveys.
4.Overhauling of all boiler mountings including safety valves & pressure testing the same.
5.Repairing boiler refractory surface’s.
6. Complete overhauling of soot blowers.

Turbogenerator & associated systems
1.Complete overhauling of seven stage HP & LP combination turbine.
2.Complete cleaning of sea water side & steam side of vaccum condenser.
3.Complete overhauling of steam traps & other valves in condensate & steam lines.

Exhaust gas boiler & there soot blowers
1.Water testing & treatment.
2.Cleaning of boiler tube smoke side.
3.Leak detection & plugging down of defective tube.
4.Re-installation of defective or leaky tube.
5.Complete overhauling of soot blowers.
