Perform gas welding, evacuation, charging and leak testing on machines at the customers location and at the factory. Overhaul all machine components to include compressors, motors, pumps and accessory components. Perform operational test on machines received. Responsible for the management of parts received, warehousing and inventory. Create and manage an inventory database of over 2000 parts.

Output capacity: 347,000 Kcal/hr 200 horsepower.Detroit Allison standby power emergency generators. 3 units 600 kilowats. 1 unit 50 kilowatts. Additional equipment includes booster pumps, air compressors, air condition compressors, cooling towers, water treatment, expansion tanks, exhaust and supply fans, fire extinguishers, fire hoses and air dampers.
Additional duties include assisting with the creation of AutoCAD drawings and schematics for electrical shop.
