Calibration of smart instrument devices with HART compatibility on line/offline (micro processor based valve Positioner), servicing, calibration of pneumatic, hydraulic, motor operated valves and accessories (Booster relay, lock up relay, transfer valves and position transmitters). Electrical & Control system MSB, PDB, LDB, 6.6 Kv Transformer & LV Switchgears.
Knowledge of P&ID diagrams, Ladder logic diagrams, Flow chart for trip, Inst location drawings, Cable schedules, Inter connection drawing. Loop-drawing, Relay & Gate Logic system diagrams, Hook Up Drawings. Review Control System Drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, testing of SCADA screen system with PLC I/O testing & Logic check systems.
Rotating Equipments like Gas Turbine, Turbo Expanders, Flash Gas Compressors, Off Gas Compressors, Booster Gas Compressors (Centrifugal & Reciprocating) and High Pressure Multistage Pumps.
Well versed with Safety and QA/QC requirements/standard and practices of Chevron, ESSO, and Saudi Aramco.
Self is acumen to cost, schedule and industry codes and standards. Self was involved in budgeting, Cost control, Material coordination, and Reviewing daily progress, providing start-up support to Operations & Maintenance on I/E. Self was heading QA/QC Dept at Saudi Aramco and also successfully set-up the Calibration shop and involved in procurement of Testing Equipment. Self was one of the key members of Hook-up and commissioning team during installation of PLCSCADADCS facility.
