First of all please allow me introduce myself.

I am now working in PT ISS Indonesia as Senior Manager – Group Human Resource Development and previously as Group Human Resource Manager which is directly answerable to the President Director. Operationally PT ISS Indonesia consists of three (3) big divisions; i) Facility Service consisting of Cleaning Service, Office Support, Building Maintenance; ii) Access Control (Security Services); and Catering Services. Currently PT ISS Indonesia employs more than 35,000 people in Jakarta and eight other big cities all around Indonesia. My role and responsibilities are covered all aspects of Human Resources field and General Affairs such as hiring and termination process, industrial relations, remuneration package and benefits, work agreement establishment, training and development, payroll and office affairs including office vehicles, security and receptionist.

Previously I worked as HR and Administration Manager for Australian Mine Company in South Kalimanan Selatan for five years (2002 to 2007). In this company I was handling about 500 employees with five contractors such as catering, mining, plant and shipping, with totally around 2000 employees. During the service I was exposed directly with labor unions and other local parties related to manpower issues.

January 2007-Present, PT ISS Indonesia
PT ISS Indonesia is a multi national facility service company based on Copenhagen, Denmark which running five services i.e. Facility Services, Office Support, Building Maintenance, Security Services and Catering Services. The company now employs more than 35.000 people around Indonesia. I have experienced in administering the acquisition of two companies, SAS (security service) and PBB (catering services).

a) July 2008 – present: as Senior Manager-Human Resource Development
With the promotion for senior manager position my role and responsibility cover as below
• Ensure that security and utilization of the SunFish-HR Solutions is under control and that authorization of the use is properly administered.
• The establishment and maintenance of our remuneration system including the suggestion for the new system improvement.
• Through continuous search, selection, interview and the acceptance of employee to make sure that the organization always capable to find the good materials and send them to the school for further development.
• Establish and maintain a system of grading to be of help to our organization.
• Coordinate the results of the performance appraisal timely to see that the evaluations of performance made by the departments are made objectively in line with the data performance available. Furthermore, to make a proper analysis to see that the evaluation is made correctly and that normal distribution curve is constructible.
• To find suitable method and maintain it to seek for the star performers and ensure that investment on them is made fairly and objectively.
• Administer and z the outside training and development as an integral part of the Talent Management and whenever possible to construct a decent budget for the year.

b) 2007 - 2008: as Group Human Resources Manager
My position is answerable to President Director with the detailed roles and responsibilities as follows:
• Manage the recruitment for operators
• Handle recruitments for supervisory level, staff and managers
• Administer training programs
• Administer policies and procedures related to employment
• Administer and manage any office matter
• Handle rent of company vehicles
• Ensure the compliance of employment regulation and laws
• Implement HR policies and procedures for front liners, staff and managers
• Supervise payroll process
• Maintain health relation with employees
• Dealing with day to day manpower related issues
• Ensure cadetship program running properly
• Maintain relation with Manpower Office and other related parties.
• Handle employees’ benefits such as health insurances
• Administer on HR matters on Merger Process (current Security and Catering division)

PT Bahari Cakrawala Sebuku is an Australian coal company which employs about 500 employees on site including expatriate employees. In undertaking my duty, I directly report to the Site Manager with the roles and responsibilities include:
• Administer and supervise accommodation (camps) for all staff
• Supervise Catering Services undertaken by contractor
• Manage office administration including cleanliness, space distribution, etc
• Administer liaisons for the company
• Ensure the compliance of employment regulation and law
• Implement HR policies and procedures for local, non local and expatriate employees
• Supervise payroll process
• Handling the process of expats docs; visa, MERP, etc
• Dealing with day to day manpower related issues
• Maintain employee relations
• Handle training & development
• Maintain relation with Labor Union, Manpower Office and other related parties.
• Handle employees’ insurance or Jamsostek

 Ensure the compliances of HR policies and keep good relation with employees.
 Handle the process of expat teachers

Intensive English Course (IEC) is a language school which has approximately 30 branches throughout Indonesia established since 1968. I was teaching English in the headquarter office, Jatinegara Barat and Bekasi Branch. IEC students are obliged to join their regular classes purposed for knowledge getting, twice (three hours) a week. Students can also use or practice their knowledge in the extra curricular activities any scheduling time and day

Teaching demand was from some friends of mine and newspaper advertisement. Classes include in-house training and private. Students and company are in Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang and Bogor.
