Identify and manage internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community. Reports to the Military Operations Analyst Senior Manager. Performing a variety of activities, interfaces with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks. Identifies requirements and tasks them to the appropriate collection elements, verifies that responses meet requirements, compiles the daily activities report and distributes, coordinates with the specified targets. Coordinates with operations centers and operational leads to support missions.

Oshkosh Senior Field Service Engineer V&E Engineering (Oshkosh)
15 May 2005 – January 30, 2007 Egypt
Assigned as the Oshkosh Senior Field Service Engineer conducting technical assistance and training for the Egyptian Military and Ministry of Defense. Conducted scheduled training for doctrine transformation for the Egypt MOD on all Oshkosh Heavy Equipment to include HEMMT A1/ A2, HET, 635NL Trailer, MTT and MTVR heavy transport trucks. Includes extensive hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics and repairs. Successfully developed Schematic applications to train Egyptian military Engineers and soldiers. Developed maintenance programs and parts databases in which success was achieved by applying experience and customer goals. Developed standardized logistics systems to assist the MOD to have an accurate and reliable database between departments and units. There were two hundred and fourteen vehicles under my responsibility to include one hundred and seventy HET (Heavy equipment Transporter)/ Trailer systems to conduct OJT for all personnel to support the fleet.

AOA (Up Armor) facility responsible for 450 personnel. Organized, restructured operations, vital reports, manpower issues, vehicle procurement for workload and coordination with Military liaisons to support the facility. Trained all personnel on all types of heavy equipment vehicles to include HEMTT, PLS, HET, M915 and FMTV to a streamline production which enhanced the ability to have multiple vehicle work orders at any given time.

FSR (Factory Service Representative) Managed twenty seven Field Service Representatives supporting HEMTT, PLS, US HET, UK HET and MTVR (Heavy transport vehicles) and conducted all echelons and levels of operator and maintenance training to include pneumatic systems, fuel systems, chassis systems, recovery operations, steering systems, power train systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and theoretical schematic training for above named Oshkosh vehicles that are present in the USAREUR and CFLCC command to include the SEI M1000 trailer for military personnel and current Field Service Representatives. Developed training courses and advised military units on fleet readiness to include scheduled training for unit soldiers. Implemented procedures and training activities that was necessary to meet and exceed US Army training doctrine goals and objectives. Managed contracts and programs with US military to include internal project analysis to ensure productivity and contract compliance. Propose contract bids and project development for multiple military services. Hire, train, maintain and manage all FRS’s and Trainers over sea’s, and in The United States within the distributorship. Conducted corporate readiness briefings giving analysis of logistic problems and providing Commanders with suggestions for improving equipment readiness. Determined root causes of problems on supply, training, maintenance issues, and giving recommendations on corrective actions For UK, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia

Factory Field Service Representative- Trained and Supervised US Military Army soldier’s on original equipment operation and maintenance on Oshkosh Equipment and recommend changes to avoid anticipated maintenance or operational problems.
