 Responsible on the weekly pretest data monitoring and improve First pretest Yield, and fine root cause and take action to improve device problem due to contact and others Issues.
 Responsible on the set up time target on the JTS-7000 machine to meet with production target
 Analysis device failure on the LUL handler caused by ESD and reported to the weekly CIP meeting.
 Responsible on the daily jam rate monitoring at JTS-7000 machine and improve some method and modified H/W to meet the target.
 Responsible on the daily Advantest jam rate to meet with production target.
 To come out an Idea on the improvement project to reduce set up down time any newly product by fabricate some JIG in term to reduce system down time machine, time and man.
 Perform lot on hold verification, investigation and disposition
 Ensure processes and procedures comply with company quality system.
 Perform Qual buy off to all product include the machine buy off
 Carry out relevant “On the Job” training as required
 Liase with relevant company department, supplier and customer to communicate problems found and proposed improvement action.

 Responsible for the A360 Teradyne Tester, Loadboard and DUT boards Equipment
 Responsible for the LTX-CX and LTX –DX Tester in term to maintaining and trouble shooting
 Responsible for Synchro Fusion and PVI Tester.
