• Lead the Project PMT Document Control System – Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Receive all the engineering and QA/QC documents with confirmation of Project Engineering Instruction (PEI) of Client Document Control Procedure.
• Scan all incoming and out going documents with transmittals and distribute over the net according to Site Document Distribution Matrix prepared by document control and periodically verified by PMT Lead Project Engineer and QA/QC Manager.
• Maintaining a hardcopy filing system for QA/QC Documents and Engineering Documents separately according to the subcontractor and discipline wise.
• Prepare the archive to be audited by Client and PMC at any time.
• Maintain a log for incoming and outgoing transmittal of EPC (Site & UK)/ PMC.
• Distribute Engineering and QA/QC document log to all the concern PMT and PMC departments’ weekly basis.
• Follow-up document review of concern engineers weekly basis by sending outstanding review report to avoid deemed approval of the documents.
• Download EPC documents from EPC WEBDMS (Documentum) and upload DOC STORE of PMC (Foster Wheeler).
• Receive Field Work Order and Change Order request, log and distribute to concern departments; and follow-up them till final approval and return to EPC.
• Distribute Vendor Documents forwarded by EPC Head Office (UK) in the client inbox of WEBDMS according to the latest revision of Vendor Document Distribution Schedule submitted by EPC.
• Maintain a log for Surveillance Report (SR) and Non Conformance Report (NCR), and follow-up to closeout the issue.
• Extract the list of all drawings from WBDMS (Documentum-WebTop) and prepare Drawing list according to the discipline and type of drawings (Flow Diagrams-EFD & PFD, isometrics, Plot Plans, Pos, Requisitions, Drawings etc) and distribute to all concern engineers in PMT and PMC over the net.
• Prepare PMT Document Review Comment sheet according to the response of concern Engineers over the net and transmit to EPC.
• File and Distribute the Request For Inspection (RFI) to Concern Inspectors and Engineers in PMT and PMC.
• Maintain a Tracking Register for Field Work Order (FWO) and Change Orders (CO) and Report to Project Control Manager periodically.

Report to : AGIP- QA/ QC Manager/ Construction Superintendent/ Field Operation Manager
REPSOL – Field Supervisor/ Project Leader.
Period : 2003 – 2006
• Check Document Number, revision, date, status etc of the Drawings and Documents submitted by the contractors (Main Civil Camp, Electrical Supply, Pipeline and Gas & Oil Separation Plant (GOSP), Storage Tank Construction) as per the approved documentation procedure of concern contractor and receive the same.
• Distribute the documents to concern departments as per the specified discipline or instruction of QA/ QC Manager/ Construction Superintendent/ Field Operation Manager/ Field Supervisor/ Project Leader.
• Follow-up the distributed documents as per the purpose code of contractor Transmittal by using Document Distribution Register (DDR).
• File the documents as per the procedure codes approved by the Client and also Geographical Area of the work site
• Maintain a database for each contractors and separate documentation like Drawings, Procedures, Vendor Data Dossiers (VDD), Datasheets, Reports, Schedules, Specifications, System Mechanical Completion, Engineering Data Dossier, Punch list, NCRs, Mechanical Completion Certificates and Provisional Acceptance Certificates of the systems etc.
• Update punch list items for each systems and NCRs for all disciplines and reporting weekly to QA/QC Managers in site and Head office.
• Check the validity of System Documentation in date and signature wise of Punch list, Punch list Summary Sheet, Pre-commissioning and commissioning, Request for Mechanical Completion Certificate, Mechanical Completion Certificate and Request for Provisional Acceptance Certificate with the corresponding Provisional Acceptance Certificate.
• Developed a Document Control and Quality Control system Program in Visual Basic
• Handled English correspondence in connection with Document Control Department.
• The Manuals and Dossiers are locating according to Vendor.
• The Issue of internal reference of Dossiers/ Manuals controlled by an Internal Document Dispatch Register (IDDR).
• Distribute Weekly Updated Document Register with latest revisions of the documents to concern departments.
• Remove superceded Documents periodically from the main stream of file system by stamping and file them in secondary filing system.
• Developed a Data base program in MS Access to control materials on site:- Preparing MRCR and OS&D Report, Summary and detailed report weekly and monthly etc.
