1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

1. Review Tender package of assigned national & international bids, feed clear synopsis to Bid Control System, ensure proper distribution of Tender to various disciplines within the organization for Technical inputs, pricing, QA/QC/HSE requirements.
2. Coordination with Materials, Finance & R&D Departments via. Production, Planning, QA/QC Commercial, Operations, Prepare & submit two bid system or Techno-Commercial proposals against oilfield chemicals for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Process Industries, attending client clarification. Contract Negotiations in Pre & Post Award of the Project/ Bids.
3. Gain breadth in understanding of the overall Product Performance Group business and ability to draw linkage between the functional activities and associated business performance (e.g. Operations, volumes produced and impact on OPEX).
4. Performs analysis of market data for oilfield chemicals and water treatment products - tracks trends and patterns advises the management team of significant developments.
5. Examines regional and global trends, which will have an impact on the oilfield chemicals and water treatment business and advises the management team accordingly.
6. Identify tools and systems to be utilized by the Product Managers to analyze their core business and look for global opportunities.
7. Reviews business plans and updates these based on revised assumptions such as the incorporation of additional products, competitive pricing, revised operating conditions, new market and economic data. Continuously seeks to provide an optimized program, which will act as the basis for development plans and forecasts.
8. Prepares and delivers presentations that set out findings and recommendations to management on market studies, plans and programs for E&P and water treatment applications.
9. Remains aware of advances in technology and their impact both on the planning tools and techniques being developed and the assumptions used. Assists with their development and participates in training programs based on knowledge acquired.
10. Assists in developing, coordinating and implementation of the Company’s ISO system programs related to Marketing & Sales. Interfaces with internal and external groups on Quality issues.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

a. Developed new business opportunities for Oil & Gas sector, Speciality and Water Treatment Chemicals including short & long-range growth with respect to profitability objectives. Performed market analysis through out Oman for speciality and water treatment business to identify customers and their specific needs, relying on customer surveys to identify changing needs in oil & gas market.
b. Established efficient procedures & standards, planning, developing & implementing sales, marketing programs & conducting business development activities in chosen regions. Handled business development process from initial concept to finalize various deals for E&P companies throughout the country.
c. Prepared for & conduct negotiations to secure a deal is consistent with Customer's offer, and set parameters. Ensured compliance to process stage gates and approvals for oil & gas and water treatment businesses. Developed new sources for procuring finished goods at competitive pricing for onward selling to internal customers all over Oman.

a. Developed new business opportunities for water treatment chemicals including short & long-range growth with respect to profitability objectives. Performed market analysis through out the given countries for water treatment business to identify customers and their specific needs, relying on customer surveys to identify changing needs in the marketplace.
b. Managed and supervised 12 persons reporting to me directed & implemented sales, marketing programs while conducting business development activities in chosen countries. Managed business development process from screening through deal closure for water treatment business in chosen countries.
c. Lead efforts to formulate a resource and costing plans to transform business proposal from concept to a closed deal and lead business planning for water treatment business in chosen countries. Determined the scope & objectives of the deal, offering messages, "technical" solution that make up Customer’s business offering also participated in creating the commercial, financial and technical framework for the deal.

a. After taking over, immediately initiated investigation into poor customer service in some of the prime areas. Responsible for handling direct & tender proposals for oilfield chemicals including but not limited to production, drilling & water injection chemicals & played an important role in directing oilfield service segments. Ensured that a process methodology is fully implemented with the appropriate metrics to assess & measure sales productivity, customer satisfaction & retention of customer base.
b. Designed and instituted a strategic planning system at the Divisional level composing corporate and business strategies, long and short term plans, annual budgets and performance follow up mechanism. Identified & explored business opportunities in E&P sector for high value projects, service contracts & chemical supplies in close coordination with clients, contractors & sub-contractors. Overall responsible for development of the tender, including the coordination of an array of project disciplines i.e. technical, commercial, contractual, procurement, project management and risk management, whilst also addressing the considerations of an influential sales and marketing organization.
c. Developing the skills required of effective team members as well as an understanding of the tools and techniques for problem solving and decision-making. Identified & implemented marketing strategies for JV companies for supply of oilfield chemicals by providing technical support at the same time developed and participated as a team member, in the preparation and reviews various financial analysis reports, carries out pre-economic and economic feasibility studies, regarding proposed major commercial projects, short and long term business plans and to evaluate potential investment alternatives.

5. Managed entire marketing process from initial concept to final sale, with greater confidence & consistency by achieving the target with growth rate of 27 to 30% year on year from 2002 to 2006.
