I am a 46 year old retired Major from the Belize Defence Force with seventeen years of Military experience. in case you are wondering why I am retired it is simply because I reached mandatory retirement age. I belief that my Military experience makes me a suitable candidate to work in any environment as in the military one learns to adopt to different situations or scenarios very easily. I am confident that if given the opportunity I will be an asset to any employer.
I consider myself to be a firm but fair person and the military has taught me to be a team player. Throughout my time in the Defence force and in my other job i have accumulated a lot of knowledge and experience in Human resource management and in Administration.
