2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 Input document control set-up information into database.
 Issue documents and drawings and update the Electronic Database management System that covers Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement and Vendor Deliverables.
 Handle, establish and implement an efficient project-related document control register and procedures
 Maintain and update the document distribution matrixes.
 Generate transmittals based on document distribution matrixes.
 Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including client, sub-contractors and the project office
 Produce regular document status reports and engineering progress reports.
 Coordinate with engineering department on document status and issuing.
 Answer vendor data queries raised by vendors and engineering groups.
 Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification and records
 Distribute vendor drawings / document to inspection team to support inspection of critical and long lead equipments in line with procurement plan.
 Compile final documentation dossiers in line with contract requirements.
 Coordinate storage and archiving of project and organizational records
 Other routine document control function.

Support Duties:

 Answers queries from disciplines, PMT, client and Vendor related to document control.
 Uploads and downloads data on the FTP server / Sharepoints Sites.
 Generate MPI and KPI reports for management review.
 Generate adhoc or tailor made reports as required by the project.

 Maintains systematic records and filing ensuring the system providing rapid and accurate retrieval of information / processed data.
 Significant time spent daily on outgoing telephone calls to current customer base exploring upgrade options, additional software solutions.
 Arranges travel bookings.
 Contracting current customers to measure their level satisfaction and provide direction in order to resolve any existing issues.
 Compiles and maintains records of all business transactions.
 Compiles and prepares statistical report project wise.
 Update all information in the computer as to list of client, sales report and other office reports.
 Assist Technical Support Engineer for lay outing and making drawings using AUTOCADD.
 Also responsible for scheduling meetings, processing purchase requisitions and overall sales / administrative support.
 Assisting with monthly and quarterly inventory counts of equipment, supplies and parts.

Design & Planning Dept.
PERIOD : July 1995 – June 30, 2001

 Plans and arranges schedule for surveying telephone line sites.
 Organizes and coordinates with local authorities to obtain the permit for the site survey.
 Gathers and compiles data required for the study and analysis of a certain area surveyed.
 Prepares feasibility studies, designs layout and plans the schedule for a certain project.
 Prepares and reviews network bill of quantities.
 In-charge of checking, editing, lay outing and conversion of proposed to As-Built plan using AUTOCAD.
 Prepares final billing which include Bill of Quantity of materials as per As-Built Plan.
 Compiles and maintains records of all business transactions.
 Compiles and prepares statistical report project wise.
