DUTIES OF STRUCTURE & PIPING INSPECTOR
-Tender interface for the reactive, refurbishment & upgrade work
-Assist project manager with the setting up material requirements and
Inspection report.
-Provide weekly written report to the project manager for progress on assignments.
-MVR (Material Verification Report) for all material prior cutting and
fabrication as per drawing and cutting plan.
-Perform Fit-up inspection and dimension check for every join according
to the procedure.
-Leveling, diagonal and vertically dimension inspection before and after
welding.
-Daily monitoring during welding to verify compliance with specification,
procedure and sequence including any preheat, inter pass temperature
control and consumable control.
-Perform Visual Inspection as per code specification or follow the
procedure.
-Follow up NDT as per client requirement.
-Prepare and ability to report communicates workmanship to all who
involved in preparation work, such as welder, fitter and others. --- -Weld Parameter check, Hardness test.
-coordinating with foremen, supervisor, project team, NDT team.
-Review RT film.
-Completion of final documentation.
DUTIES OF DIMENSION SURVEYOR
-Setting out of module location.
-Deck plate levelness survey before & after welding.
-Setting out of equipment support and padeye support location.
-Super structures & column verticality and location check before ang after welding.
-Super structures levelness check before welding and after welding.
-Padeye location and verticality check before and after welding.
-Setting out of grid lines , anchor bolt pile caps, pile location, steel, structure, pipe location.
-Levelness survey of module and equipment support.
-Monitor equipment during installation.
-Joint survey for all dimension of structure.
-As- Built survey of anchor, bolt pile caps , pile location, steel and super
Structure, module, equipment.
-Completion of final Documentation.
-Setting out of horizontal and vertical datum.
-Setting out of MRT track location at tunnel.
-Setting out of platform.
-Monitoring of horizontal and vertical datum.
-As- Built survey of platform, track & concrete structure.
