In-charge of firefighting equipment and life-saving appliances onboard vessel.
Navigating officer for 8-12 watch (8 hours per day).
In-charge of reporting arrival and departure to port authorities, agent and main office, prepared official papers for port clearance, custom clearance, safety and health manifest and declaration, reported status of vessel and entertained port officers onboard. Assisted Master in preparing official papers regarding cargo manifest. In-charged of salary/wages and cash advance calculation for all crew and distributed it every month.

In-charge and supervised production crew to platform using personnel transfer from FSO to SUPPLY BOAT and SUPPLY BOAT to FSO.
Controlled movement of all safety/standby boat and supply boat in the field.
Monitored communication by VHF set and SSB unit with all parties in the field.
Carried out Crude Oil and Production Tank dipping/ullaging for inventory and offloading.
Sampling and interface Crude/Emulsion dipping/sounding.
Carried out Crude Oil and Production Tank dipping/ullaging for inventory and offloading.

Monitored Production Crude Oil loading into cargo tank.

Primary duty includes cargo work e.g. discharge/offloading plan, schedule and operations, mooring of tankers, tanks management and ballast operation.
Tanks management includes tank heating requirement, cargo tanks inert gas pressure, advising PCSB on tank top situation, tank de-bottoming of water traces, ullaging and sounding.
Maintain FSO stresses and stability by monitoring load calculations.
Liaise with tanker ship, cargo and buyer surveyor representatives onboard during discharge of cargo.
Crude testing in laboratory (BS&W, density, ppm and etc.) together with independent, buyer and PCSB surveyors to witness.
Since there is no cargo supervisor, I assume the duties of cargo supervisor and assist FSO Master on days to days work.
Work on board FSO on 14 days on/off basis. Shift 12 hours on-off day and night.
Appointed as Safety Officer during tank entry and major maintenance work carried out.
Supervising on PERMIT TO WORK (PTW) and assist Master in carry out Site Safety Procedure (SSP).
Identify and rectification of HSE hazard reported day to day.
