• Review, comment on all aspect and approval of Sub-contractor’s construction planning, scheduling (L-IV, Detailed Construction Schedule), progress measurement in accordance with the agreed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Primavera P3e 5.0 planning software and ensuring compliance with Project Contract administration Procedures and Contract requirements.

• Ensuring sub-contractor’s schedule integration with deliverables.

• Performing independent assessment of What if analysis of subsequently Monthly Updates and the comparison with Baseline and its knock on effect on Mechanical completion & RFSU (Ready for start-up) together with delays to deliverables as and when necessary.

• Review schedule data and evaluate the logic check, the integrity of “Float” and “Critical Path” of updated EPC schedules with Consoritum Project Control Team.

• Generate, Analyze and Review the reports and suggest mitigation action.

• Maintaining all levels of Contract Program (Current and Past Versions) together with ninety (90)day look-ahead and three (3) week look-ahead schedules.

• Verifying Sub-contractor’s weightings to enable aggregation of activities for progress measurement in accordance with the WBS and S-Curves, Histograms planned and actual by discipline in order to monitor execution of project work scope.

• Preparation of Consortium’s Monthly, Weekly and Daily Progress reports.

• Regular Monthly Progress review meeting with Client and weekly planning meetings with Construction team.

• Review and monitoring of L-IV schedule and delay in Milestones and the impact of delay in L-IV activities on overall L-III Management schedule.

• Initially Project Planning and Scheduling:-To help Consortium partner to generate, update, maintain and monitor an integrated Level III schedule as per established project procedures and methodologies comprising all key interfaces –QA, HSE, Design and Project Engineering related activities and identify long lead project material constraints.

• To update, monitor the integrated schedule and report progress against schedule on a weekly basis with supporting Master Data sheet and S curves. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling & Co-ordination - Provide the project team with accurate measures of project performance by creating, building, managing, maintaining and periodically updating a fully resource loaded and logic linked Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning schedule for Calcination as well as for Evaporation Plants. Engineering & Procurement co-ordination with Home office to ensure timely execution of the Project.Analyzing the effect of revised deliverables on Contract Master Schedule and managing the changes to Overall Project Planning of the entire Project.

• Project Construction Planning- Ensuring compliance to the Consultant’s procedures, relating to project Planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting. To identify the areas of concern impacting the schedule & to implement on proposed corrective actions. To identify the critical & sub critical activities of the project & analyze their impact on overall completion schedule considering the actual status & current trend of progress. Preparing & updating the overall schedule accentuating any revision in the sequence and duration of activities arising from enforced changes being made at site.
