I have nearly 9 years of experience in Process Control and Instrumentation basic and detail engineering for Offshore, Upstream, Mid Stream Oil &Gas Projects, Power plant Industries.

1. CLIENT:Tanker Pacific Offshore Terminals (MONTARA VENTURE FPSO):-
This is a full FPSO project (Topside & Marine side) with both Field and control room instrumentation.

2. CLIENT: MURPHY OIL COMPANY- AZURITE FDPSO-WEST AFRICA
This is an offshore FDPSO project with four modules Stabilization, separation, heating & flare and chemical injection module.

3. CLIENT: Off Shore-CUU LONG JOINT OPERATING COMPANY-VITENAM. (Deputation to J.Ray McDermott Singapore.)

This is a full FPSO Project module starting from well head to export gas compressor package including all utilities.

4. CLIENT: DEVON off Shore – Polvo FPSO- Brazil.

Responsible for complete Marine side engineering for sea water injection supply line, metering skid, Offloading line, Produced water & Cooling water system and all utilities system

Job Responsibilities:-
• Preparation of design basis for projects based on the client requirements and project location.
• Involved in FAT for PCS, F&G, ESD &PSD, Cause & Effect matrix logic testing and field instrument instrument FATS. Clarification of site queries.
• Involved in evaluation of HPU, Fusible plug loop panel bid evaluation and vendor finalization.
• Preparation of specification & bid evaluation for Hydraulic & pneumatic operating on/off valves, choke valves and control valves.
• Preparation of instrument index and I/O list preparation.
• Responsible for selection of suitable field instrument, preparation of data sheets, preparation requisition, bid evaluation, technical bid clarification and technical bid evaluation and final offer recommendations.
• Preparation & checking of instrument loop drawings.
• Checking of wiring drawing & hookups.
• Vendor package evaluation based on the design specification. Attending the client and vendor package meetings.
• Active Interaction with the Process and Mechanical Engineering group in the concept development & Implementation of Process logic in P&ID development and preparation of Process Instrument Specifications.
• Supervised Drafters & Designers in the development of General Arrangement drawings & piping drawing.
• Represented the Instrumentation department and participated in HAZOP and Kick off meetings with client.
