Training and Development:
Responsible making annually Budget/Training Plan for company.
Develops and Analysis Employee skills gaps, courses Analysis and doing Orientation for new staffs.
Negotiate and Conducts Technical, Soft and General Skills training courses, able to communicate with Ext/Internal sources to deliver effective training to all personnel.
Maintain and development the training policies or any other procedures/regulations supporting to daily tasks and whole process.
Develop and build up competence personnel profiles, Competence frame work, process and involvement in developing the training modules of the Competence Base Training Assessment (CBTA).
Being the Assessor to take staff assessments and can do some soft skills training to staffs where require.
Responsible for all kind of training and competence reports, Training Evaluated and Monitor development progress.
Recruitment, Selection and Placement
Responsible in making annually Manpower plan, involve in Nationalization/localization progress process.
To be in charge of local/oversea recruitment & replacement process (advertisement, sourcing, interviews, evaluations, selections)
In charge of make a new staff offer, Orientation programmes, do Induction and continue assessment of new staff in probation period.
Make the HR Procedures, Process, and give advice / support to all staffs as well as Management team.
Make the monthly HR report, Turnover report, or other HR ,
Experience in negotiate about human resources related terms and conditions in the O&M contract with clients and contractors.
Experiences in acting as co-ordinate for supplying manpower for JVPC, BP, Modec, Petronas Carigali, Mitsubishi Corporation…etc.
Participated in creating the job descriptions, Job analysis and job profiles.
Work as internal HR consultant; provide supports to HR members on daily HR & personnel activities.
Working with clients for any personnel issues, crew change, mob/demob personnel to offshore or other locations.
Compensation and Benefits
Coordinate in Medical matters for expatriate/local including renew medical contract, make appointment and assist emergency cases.
Participate in employee insurance, survey the accidents and create/ update the labor books and insurance books.
Innvolve in Retention plan, Company compensate systems
Conduct people review, Yearly salary review and action items for people appraisal.
Involving in work permit, labor registration, labor contract term and condition, Salary preparations
