Responsible for all Project management activities for developing offshore and onshore projects in USA, Latin America, Russia, Australia and East Asia region from Evaluation to closeout and handover in the headquarter, monitoring Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management, assure all gates project documents are met the company standard, conduct Project reviews, assurance reviews, peer reviews for different projects, Responsible for Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and Investment proposal for all projects in the regions.
The responsibility includes several Offshore such as Sub Sea projects, plat forms and FPSO, onshore projects such as Oil & Gas field development, LNG and pipelines projects from $200M to $4 Billion.

Amec / Colt Worley Parsons, Alberta, Canada, (2006 - 2007)
Title: Project Services Manager

Responsible for all project services such as Project Controls, Procurement, Contracts Management, Materials Management, Finance & Accounting, Document Controls, IT and Administration for the Shell – Athabasca Oil Sand Project AOSP upstream Expansion 1 Project ($6.5 Billion).
Responsible for project controls such as Cost Control, Planning & Scheduling, Progressing, Change Management and Project Reporting.
Responsible for the contracts management and procurement activities, reviewing the enquiry packages, Monitoring Procurement Schedule, approving commercial bid analysis, Contracts negotiation, Claims review, Contract Change orders and Project Change order review and Financial Control.
Responsible for materials management includes material ordering, receiving, issuing and warehousing control, reviewing ROS, MMR and OS&D Reports.

Title: Sr. Project Controls Manager

Responsible for Project Controls activities of Taglu Facilities for the Mackenzie Gas Pipeline Project in the FEED phase, the project is estimated at a cost of $16.5 Billion Dollars.
Responsibility includes Cost estimating, Procurement Management, Contract Administration FEED Schedule and the EPC Schedule.
Facilitate interactive planning sessions to setup the plan for each project phase.
Deputy project manager and acting as a project manager when the project manager is away as a first line of contact with Exxon Mobile Project Manager. Monitoring the FEED engineering activities and provide consistency for all disciplines.

Jaguar Nickel Inc., Toronto, Canada, Latín América (2003 – 2005)
Title: Project Manager

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Projects & Operation, Jaguar Nickel Inc. is a public Canadian Mining company developing nickel-cobalt laterite properties in Guatemala, Central America. The trading symbol on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) is “JNI”.
Established corporate management system, policies and procedures, Contracts Management, Risk Management, information management system and IT management system at Toronto and Guatemala City offices.
Responsible of all project management activities for Sechol Project ($500M) in Guatemala, and responsible for developing and monitoring the Pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, Economics, Environmental Impact Assessment EIA, Socio-Economic study, Front End and Engineering Design FEED, Procurement activities and Exploration activities.
Sechol project is a Nickel/Cobalt laterite-mining project using Atmospheric Chloride Leach Process.
Developing also project capital costs (CAPEX) and project operating cost (OPEX).
Responsible for the project financial model and documents preparation of the Final Investment Decision (FID).

Hatch Associated Ltd, Ontario, Canada, (2002 - 2003)
Title: Procurement & Contracts Manager / Project Services Lead

Responsible for Kidd Mine D project (the deepest base metal underground mine in the World - Falconbridge) Project Management works such as cost estimating, budgeting, Cost Control, planning, controlling, Schedule Variances and Cost Variances, trends Analysis and Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
Preparing status and progress Reports, Contracts Management, Cost Management Presentations such as Resource Planning, Cost Estimating, Cost Budgeting, Cost Control, SPI, CPI Earned Value Management EVM and Trend Analysis.
Responsible for the procurement activities, reviewing the enquiry packages, Monitoring Procurement Schedule, approving commercial bid analysis, Contracts negotiation, Claims review, Contract Change orders and Project Change order review and Financial Control.
Responsible also for Contracts Management such as: Pre-qualification, evaluation, awarding, claims resolutions, progress monitoring and closing.
Monitoring Project Progress against multiple baselines, using earned value analysis to determine project trending and forecasting and monitoring cost and schedule performance indexes.
Identify Risk areas, setup risk matrix, response planning and monitoring, controlling and updating.
Providing guidance and coaching, and providing also contingency analysis, Monte Carlo simulation and Project reporting.

The responsibility includes the Coordination and integration between activities across multiple functional Lines, Conflict Resolutions and maintaining the balance between technical and managerial Project Functions.
