Worked in the oil and gas industry for some 20 years working my way from Technical Clerk to Technical Assistant to Senior Technical Assistant. During this time I provided management with budget reports for all CTR's for all assets being worked on. I also raised notifications in SAP and updated job cards.
I then moved into document control and am now in a positon of Principle Document Controller. During this period I have been responsible for all aspects of project documentation for various projects, setting up of document control databases, writing document control processes and procedures. Managing teams of document controller and also adminstration teams, ensuring timely close out of project documentation and also being responsible for personnel project development plans, appraisals and team meeting.
I have extensive experience liaising with clients and all levels of managment and engineering teams, attending kick-off meetings and project progress meetings.
