During 3rd January 2005 till to date , I worked at Evergreen Sdn. Bhd. as Electrical Assistant Engineer , where I reported to the Electrical Engineering Department

Position : Electrical Assistant Engineer ( M & E )
Scope Work:

I. To provided effective technical / engineering support such manpower for the maintenance , project teams and operations.
II. To remove, service and reinstall field instrument devices and control system as required on rotating machinery packages as required.
III. To carry out major /critical troubleshooting, testing and commission any system and process control equipment for all makes and models.
IV. To assist engineer in troubleshooting and reliability of machinery-related issues and develop optimal solutions to ensure manufacturing objectives are efficiently and less downtime.
V. To manage , supervise electricians and contractors on installing , wiring , calibrating , and setting up various type of instrument devices such temp. controllers , converter unit , sensors and others.
VI. To carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all of the electrical equipment with particular emphasis on safety and health personal and plant and also for the environment.
VII. Analyze electrical parts failures and recommended remedial solutions , assist engineer to conduct engineering investigations and liaise with the suppliers and relevant authority such TNB of cause electrical defected.
VIII. To make surveying , estimating cost and make proposal to engineer and engineering board on fix a new machines or relocated.
IX. To handle team on design , coding new program of PLC’s ( OMRON & MITSUBISHI ) for production purposes also to downloaded , uploaded program , and to do testing and commissioning.
X. To ensure fire fighting alarm , generators unit , hydrant unit , sprinkle unit , smoke spill fan , hose reel unit and pump room are in good standby conditions.
XI. To attend maintenance daily briefing for discuss on next engineering shutdown.
XII. To attend daily / monthly meeting with top management on problem , downtime , product assign , marketing and quality control.
XIII. To prepare paperwork for engineering department.
