Presently I am working as a Document Controller with Bomel Engineering Consultancy Company. My responsibilities involve administrating and controlling project documentation online database using Build-on-line software package. I also involve in coordination with engineering team, client and contractors for daily, weekly & monthly progress report and update to project manager and planning group.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Data Entry to online document control and management system
Distribute documentation to discipline engineers and client for review and comments
Review documents such as drawings, requisitions and specification to verify the completeness and accuracy of data
Monitor issue and due dates to all project documentation and highlight any delay
Monitor status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule
Review and verify project document for completeness, format and compliance with the project requirement
Submit project documentation to client for review and approval
Distribute client comments to responsible engineer for resolution and implementation
Update comment track register for follow up
Maintaining project filing system for all correspondences and documents (such as NOM, reports, specifications etc) electronically and hard copy
