I am seeking employment on a full or part time basis as Barge Supervisor (Engineer) or Ballast Control operator on a semi-submersibles, jack-up, tenders or drilling vessels. I am available for delivery, regular cruising service or dry-dock/upgrading activities. Location anywhere in the world is of no concern. I am a fully qualified Master Mariner/Chief Officer (Barge Engineer) with a valid STCW international certificate and fully experienced Ballast Control operator. My experience includes highly technical and responsible endeavors including the supervision of crews.
I posses a professional attitude and friendly and positive disposition well suited for offshore service.

| 2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory] |
Barge Supervisor(Angola) present-from 2007, Barge Engineer/Sr.BCO-from 2006-to 2007 offshore Brazil(Accommodation support semi-sub), Barge Engineer/BCO from 2003-to 2006 offshore Egypt(semi-sub drilling rig), from 1999-to 2003 Chief Mate on various size and types of oil/chemical tankers. I have been involved in project(Pascagoula/USA) during rebuilding platform from drilling unit to accommodation support barge, have expirience on varous Shipyard(Brazil,Malta,USA), Incline/Survey operation, experience with different type of Ballast systems (Val marine, Honeywell, Norcontrol, Jelec USA). Experience as a Barge Engineer/ Anchor winch driver during Rig move, Tow operations in North Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Trinidad, Venezuela, West Africa(Angola, Congo) and Brazil on different type of anchor winches. ). Chemical Control Panel Operator according ISO 9000 standards-responsible for loading /discharging various oil/chemical products, which required an extensive knowledge of safety/emergency procedures, experience as Safety/Navigational Officer including cargo and ballast operations on Chemical/Product tankers, navigation of oil/chemical tankers and other vessels, operation & maintenance of communications system including GMDSS equipment, INMARSAT, VHF, UHF, Telex ,etc...
