Responsibilities included setting up Networks for Voice, Data and I.T communications, this included working out frequencies and antenna propagation that were best dependant upon the time of day. Ensuring that day to day operation, maintenance and repair is carried out to reach maximum efficiency. Worked in a busy and stressful Headquarters during conflict ensuring that all communication links were working to there optimum. Employed as an Apprentice at a Nuclear Power Station, learning the principles of engineering, AutoCAD, domestic and industrial wiring and electronics, pipe work and practical operation of CNC Lathes, Mills and Metal Work.
