Review project specifications and drawings to understand their scope and to carry out inspections to client’s requirements.

 Ensure latest revisions of approved specification/drawings are used by EPC Contractor and their Sub-contractor.

 Monitoring and carry out final inspections required by approved ITP and Client.

 Ensure that qualified and experienced EPC personnel are assigned to the tasks.

 Ensure HSE concerns, when violations found, reports to PMC.

 . Organize to manage and retain all project related inspection reports and other QC records in professional manner which shall be easily traceable.
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continually changing objectives

 Inspects subcontractors’ welding work by monitoring welder performance, welding process, welding material, handling and welding inspection results

 .Witness qualification tests for welding procedures/welders and evaluated the test results, and reviews and maintains subcontractors’ WPS and welder test certificates
 Co-ordination with clients and consultants regarding quality related activities
 Review of applicable project specifications, drawings, WPS, PQR, Welder qualification records
 Analyzing and verifying corrective and preventive actions
 Preparation of welder qualification records, QC dossiers and test packages
 Material inspection for company quality standards
 Witnessing of hydrostatic testing on piping and pipe lines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers
 Punch listing of the works carried out on the projects
 Inspection of installation and commissioning of rotary and static equipments
 Witnessing bolt tightening of steel columns and equipments
 Sandblasting and painting inspection
