Having just finished my contract with the British Armed Forces as a Radio Telegraphist I am seeking employment within the Oil and Gas sector.
I have served 13 years and am very keen to use the key skills i have obtained and acheived over this period within a busy and robust industry.
I am a trustworth and confident RF operator who strives to acheive the best at any given task, with excellent communication skills. Having acheived the Rank of Sergeant within the Army i believe this to be testiment to my hard work and high standards.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I have been in the British Army for the last Thirteen Years serving with in the Royal Corps of Signals. I am a Class One Radio telegraphist. i have used these skills in a number of theatres including, with UK Special Forces in Ireland, Kosovo, and Iraq. In the Summer of 2001 i gained my Civil Aviation Air Authority Communications licence allowing me to legally speak to aircraft. which i did whilst Deployed to Antarctica with the British Antarctic Survey. I then utilized these key skills whilst serving with an Air Support Army unit setting up various communications platforms with the RAF and Army helicopters. One of my key responsibilities within my time in the Army was to install and operate a radio room whilst on operational tours for senior executives.

I have 10 GCSE's in all of the core subects. Most of my education and qualifications have been gained whilst serving with the forces. i am an military instructor in Voice procedures over radio nets. I am a qualified antenna rigger.
Qualified VSAT Operator/engineer, Qualified Inmarsat operator. also qualified in a variety of Military Satellite Systems.
