• British Petroleum Skarv & Idun Development FPSO Project (910,000 bbls FPSO)

o Preparation of Commissioning Test Procedures for various FPSO System such as HVAC, Hydraulic System, Crude Off-loading and On-loading System, Ballast System and Firewater System
o Assign Subsystem limits for Hull P&ID comprises mainly of FPSO’s major system like Offloading, Hydraulic System, Methanol System, Inert Gas System, DO System and Fire Water System etc to be used for Mechanical Completion and Commissioning.
o Create and assign Subsystem boundaries for HVAC System such as AHU, FCU and Chilled Water System including the Provision Refrigeration and Hot Water System for Mechanical Completion and Commissioning use.
o Identify System Pre-requisites for commissioning works
o Check the Installation MC Dossier generated by BP under the system MIPS
o Check the vendor MC Dossier Generated by BP under the system MIPS
o Evaluate MC and PC Check Sheets generated by the client to ensure suitability to project need
o Involve in the finalization of Mechanical Completion and Pre-Com Check Sheets
o Prepare, Review and Analyze Mechanical Completion Check List for Mechanical and Piping
o Function as a Junior Completion Engineer with regards to documentation and commissioning
o Tagging and Area Coding Mark-up on P&ID as per Tag and Area Coding Specification
(Equipment, Manual Valves, Pipes etc.)
o Expertise on BP’s Tag and Area Coding Specifications
o Prepare Team Schedule with regards to work scope on MS Project
o Estimate Tag Numbers to form the basis of total MC Check Sheets
o Load and generate Instrumentation Datasheet onto INTOOLS
o Attend Vendor Meeting for Technical Documents Requirements Orientation
