1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]
I’m a fully qualified apprentice trained pipefitter with over 20 years of experience in the manufacture, repair and maintenance of process plant equipment. This involved the fabrication of products covering vessels, receivers, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, process pipework, skid modules, well head skids/piping and pressure filter/dryers for the pharmaceutical, petro chemical, oil and gas process industries. These fabrications being constructed from such materials from carbon, stainless, duplex and super duplex steels to more exotic metals like titanium, zirconium, nickel, nickel alloys, hastelloy, incoloy, inconel, monel and cupro nickel. These products were mainly produced to PD5500, ASME, ASME U, TEMA and ANSI standards to clients world wide. As well as a huge amount of fab shop experience I have also worked on installations all over the Uk and Europe installing, repairing and maintaining process plant equipment and pipework. I hold a valid safety passport

My experience covers a huge array of products in a wide range of materials to various standards giving me a vast amount of knowledge of pipefitting and plating. The fabrications i have worked on have been supplied to many different processing facalties all over the world, oil rigs, refineries, petro chemical, steel works and pharmaceutical plants. I'm fully competent weather i'm fabricating pipework from pipe lengths or forming pipe from plate into various shapes and sizes as well as fabricating vessels, heat exchanger or any other process plant equipment.

I gained 3 gcse's at secondary school(maths, english and science)
I then served an apprenticeship in fabrication and welding, for which i achieved the 229 city and guilds certificate.
