Currently working with Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex(SABIC),Saudi Arabia as Sr. Mechanical Technician in Gas Cracker Plant . Well experience in devising policies & directives, with focus on achieving the organization’s mission & strategic direction. Conversant with leadership in maintenance of all rotating & stationary equipment of plant, maintaining report of all rotating equipment. Adept at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment. Achievement:-

 Boiler feed water pumps taken 48-52 hrs for overhauling. Now I have implement the system with proper planning due to this work is complete in 32-34 hrs.
 Replaced the impeller of Syndyne pump due to this two pumps runs instead of three pumps. Now we can use one pump as stand by & also save the consumption of power.
 Change the blade angle of cooling tower I.D. fan & increase 0.5 deg.C of delta T.
 Mechanical seal frequently leak in some pumps due to fine sticky particle so change the suction strainer mesh size & also given steam quenching, because of that seal life increase 3 to 4 times
 In gasoline pump seal leak frequently so replaced it by multispring to single spring.


Hands on Experience:
I have to put my hands on maintenance activities to solve problems as well as to impart on the job training to the maintenance team working under me, for making important setting and clearances of machine parts. This has increase my expertise and hands on experience to the great extent. Some of the equipment listed here for reference.
