2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

1982 - 1994 Patco Machine and Fab Houston, TX Fitter / Welder
Responsible for fabrication of the following components for Baker Sand Control: hydraulic power supplies and all related pressure and suction piping; sand and slurry mixing skids; sand and slurry augers; downhole pressure pumps. All components were built from engineered drawings.
Responsible for fabrication of the following components for Sonat Offshore: high pressure cement slurry lines for downhole casing lines; framework and pressure piping for downhole control components. All components were built from engineered drawings.
Responsible for fabrication of the following components for Wellstream: hose reels and related support skids for fuel lines. All components were built from engineered drawings.
Responsible for all general fabrication of skids, claw bases, motion compensation cylinders, pressure and distribution piping for all related components.
Responsible for fabrication of suction valves and dump valves.
Responsible for fabricating from engineered drawings extension piping, the dimensions of which to be held at +/- five-thousandths angularity between flange faces.
Responsible for fabricating pressure vessels to serve as accumulation bottles under an ASME code stamp.
Certified under ASME section 9 in the following materials: 4130, 4140 Heat Treat, A36 plat and tubing, A516 grade B, A105, A106, 308, 316, 316L.
Certified under D.N.V. for North Sea components.
All welder qualification tests were: plate: flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead; pipe: 1g, 2g, 6g, carbon, and alloy pipe.

1994-1996 Brown & Root – Shell DU2 Project Houston, TX Combination Pipe Welder
Welding of pressure and process piping in the following materials: A105 grade B schedule160, 308 schedule 10-schedule80, 316 schedule 10- schedule 160. All from ½ in. – 36 in. pipe.
Certified in ASME section 9, 6g, 1¼ chrome, 13 chrome, and 316 stainless
All welder qualifications tests were 6g restrictive for materials outlined.

1996-1998 John Brown E & C – Evalca Project Houston, TX Combination Pipe Welder
Welding of process piping, pressure, and suction in the following material grades: A105 grade B schedule 20- schedule 160, 308 L schedule10 – schedule 160, 316 schedule10 – schedlue160, 1 ¼ chrome schedule 40- schedule160, 2 ¼ chrome schedule 40 – schedlue160, 5 chrome schedule 40- schedule160.

Fabrication of all welded hydraulic piping components, pressure lines, and suction lines from the following materials: A105, A106, 316L, 316, 308, and 308L.

1998-2002 United Valve Supply, Inc. Houston, TX Lead Welder
Lead Welder in the valve modification shop modifying valves in trim changes, schedule changes, adding well neck flanges, and casting repairs to body bonnets and gates.
Introduced and trained welders in the sub arc, flux core, MIG, and pulse processes.
Qualified numerous procedures for flux core, sub arc, TIG, MIG, and stick.
Materials welded and qualified include: A105, A106, 308L, 316, 316L, 317L, 347L, 347H, 200 Monell, 400Monell, 410 stainless, 1 ¼ chrome, 2 ¼ chrome, 5 chrome, 9 chrome, Inconell 600, Inconell 625, Inconell 825, cast iron, nickel 99, hastalloy C 276, hastalloy B, hastalloy B2, stellite 6, arcalloy100, aluminum bronze, and non-cobalt hard facing material.
Qualified welding procedures for the following processes: overlaying alloy materials on to carbon and alloy components and welding pressure piping for bypasses and double block and bleeds.
All welder qualifications tests were for overlaying materials onto base metal components in the materials outlined, and welding procedures for piping were in 1g rollout in all materials outlined.
