ADCO, AL-DABBIYA
Since FEB 2006 working with ADCO (Abu Dhabi company for onshore oil operations) at Al-Dabbiya as commissioning foreman in their newly built oil and gas plant. Plant comprises oil well head and cluster operation, crude three phase separation (oil, gas and water) in two stages, desalting, stabilization column, vapour recovery compressors, low pressure, medium pressure and High pressure gas injection compressors, gas dehydration and glycol regeneration system.
Heaters operations
Worked in Natural Draught, Gas fired heater (Duty 12.1 MW), with Dowtherm- Q heat transfer fluid circulating to all consumer (Glycol Regeneration and oil stabilization) in a closed loop. Capable of start up, normal and emergency shut down of heater, Adjusting registers and dampers for economic/Efficient operation of heaters. Operation with snuffing nitrogen, Fluid Loading package and Trouble shooting. Familiar with burner management System operations.
Utility plant operations
Familiar with Utility section including closed drain, Instrument air Compression package with 4 Screw compressors (A.C), Desiccant Drier, Regeneration package. Utility Nitrogen Generation Package (Membrane technology).Fresh water system and Produced water system, Produced water degassers, Chemical injection package. Fire water system, Fire water network, Automatic deluge Valves operation, Fusible loops operation, Fire fighting foam system operation, export pumps, and Water Injection Pumps (Sulzur with ABB motors), HP flare and Tank flare system with KOD s and Vapor recovery system (zero flaring concept).
CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM:
Handled following Crude Oil injection & Treatment Chemicals such as pour point Depress and, Demulsifier, Gas phase corrosion inhibitor, Liquid phase Corrosion inhibitor and water injection chemicals such as Biocide, Oxygen Scavenger, Corrosion inhibitors, Anti Scale inhibitor, Gas treatment chemical like Glycol.
COMPRESSOR UNIT :
Piston type compressor, screw type compressor, and multistage compressor, startup and shutdown lube oil pump operation, lube oil maintenance cooling system , lube oil filter, regulator control pressure switch operation etc.

WELL HEAD AND WELL TESTING OPERATIONS:
Well head operations, well testing and taking samples, well racking, well optimisation, BS&water percent calculations, oil and gas ratio calculation. SDV, SSSV opening operations, well head panel board operations. Flow line check up for leaks and flow line flushing jobs., permanent and Hydraulic packer leakage test, expander seal assembly leakage test, valve flushing, greasing and inflow testing, fitting G.L.V. inside the mandrel and leakage test, SSSV body leakage test and flapper valve operation test, well head test and activate well. Well Test choke manifold operation, Test separator - PCV, LCV operation, orifice plate changing, X-mas tree operation, well opening and closing operation .two phase and three phase separators handling. Unman shutdown and restart operation. Knowledge of pilot safety system. Handling high pressure gas well. Artificial gas well optimum changing.
OIL & GAS GATHERING STATIONS:
Operation & Control of wells through different headers for optimum production. Oil Manifolds, gas lift manifolds, Surge tanks, Separators (Two/ Three Phase), Water disposal pumps, Crude transfer pumps, chemical injection, Gas /Oil line pigging operation,. Gas compressors, Inter-stage scrubbers, Gas treatment, Isolation & de- isolation of equipments, vessels & tanks for maintenance. Familiar with work permit systems, gas testing, mechanical and elect. Isolation producers and co-ordination with maintenance crew, trouble- shooting, reporting etc

CONTROL PANEL OPERATIONS:
Conversant in handling of all types of Control Panels, Central Control Panels, Local Control Panels, Pneumatic Control Panels, Valve Mounted Control Panels and DCS Systems. Various types of valves PCV, LCV, FCV, TCV, Fisher Controller, Gas detectors, U.V. Detectors, Honey well Instrument panels etc.
ARTIFICIAL LIFT SYSTEMS:
Operation of High Pressure Gas Injection system. High-pressure Gas Injection Wells. Operation of Artificial Gas Lift Wells (Intermittent & Continuous lift). Operation of Gas Lift Compressors, Casing Depressurizing, Water Lift Manifolds, Water Lift Pumps, etc.
PRESSURE BUILD-UP SURVEY
Drilling fluid level monitoring by acoustic gas gun in Underbalanced Drilling Wells & gas injection while tripping and running-in. Also monitor the Oil depth in the running pump-jack wells in a regular basis.
Acoustic Pressure Buildup Survey in flowing wells to determine Bottom hole pressure, Reservoir pressure, Skin/Well bore damage, Draw Down, Geology channel/fracture fault, Permeability etc. by using FL1 Monitor to acquire data and interpretation by FL1 Buildup Analysis Tool & JAWS software.
Monitor the position of the fluid contacts like GOC for observation wells by using Acoustic equipments.
PIGGING OPERATION:
Successfully carried out pig launching and receiving operation on Oil & Gas flow lines from Well- Head & Oil & Gas export lines. Fully involved in Bactericide & Corrosion inhibitor, chemical dosing prior to, in between and after launching the pig..
Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Activities:
During the Commissioning time, I have had been involved in the following activities of Hydro Testing, Flushing, Purging, Line Tracing, Punch List Preparing and Clearing the Problems of all with the co-ordination of Piping, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical Team members.
