I am pleased to register with your esteemed organization. My relevant qualification and experience are reflected in my resume enclosed.
Let me also give a brief on my basic credentials and relevant experience in the following lines so as to provide you with a benchmarking of selection for interview.
1. I have done my EMBA in HRM from Preston University Kohat campus augmented with BSc Degree in Maths, Statistics and Economics. Additionally I have also acquired one year diploma in computer sciences from Board of technical Education Peshawar.
2. Presently I am serving SRSP – Barani Area development Project-II Kohat as Admin/Logistics Officer since December 2003. My first job experience was at mainstream SRSP Kohat Region as Admin/HR officer where I worked from December 1998 to November 2003. Procurement and logistic remained part and parcel of my portfolio of administration all through my career. During my stay at SRSP Kohat Region I was responsible for looking after all the three Districts of Kohat Region administratively. My working at SRSP as Admin/HR and admin and Logistics officer has given lot of knowledge and insight into administrative, managerial, HR, Procurement and logistics skills.
3. In SRSP Kohat Region I was fully involved in recruitment and selection processes at Regional level and was responsible for developing written tests and other necessary informative format for interviews and candidate’s information to ensure selection of the most suitable applicant for the vacant slot at right time and place.
4. During my sojourn at Kohat Region, I Planned, organized ,directed and controlled all the administrative matters including supervion and detailement of support staff in three Districts of the Region, provided proficient logistic support to field professionals for carry out field activities timely and successfully, Handled any and all procurements at Regional level at best possible total cost of ownership In right quantity and quality, at right time and place and from the right source for the direct benefit of the organization.
5. My working in Barani project has further strengthen my expertise in the field of administration/logistics having worked in close collaboration with all the Nation Building Department of the District and other stakeholder involved. I have worked all through my tenure at SRSP in conformance of the established rules and regulations of the organization, which has never let me down in front of my supervisors.
6. Having learned from senior professionals of SRSP in the last ten (10) years, I am confident to say and can prove that I am well cognizant to all the rural development
components including Social mobilization, Human Resource Development, Nutural Resource management, Participatory rural processes, Gender mainstreaming, Gender equality, equity and empowerment of the rural women who have limited access to socially valued good and resources.
7. In BADP-II I have worked on the portfolios of Social Mobilization, Gender Monitoring and Evaluation as and when needed to the entire satisfaction of my supervisor. Working on these positions have given me an excellent understanding of working with the rural masses for their sustainability and development through motivation, counseling and other participatory rural processes in the best interest of the target community and the accomplishment of the organizational major goals and objectives.

Admin/HR Officer; Procurement & Logistics were part and Parcel of Administration portfolio in SRSP
Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) was established in 1989 with the objective of replicating the “rural support programme” approach to sustainable livelihoods and poverty alleviation, which had been successfully demonstrated in almost all the Districts of NWFP. The rural support programme approach emphasizes the need to address the issues of poverty at a scale, the need for working closely with the government to attain this objective and focuses on bringing all stakeholders on board to ensure ownership for the process of change that it catalysis. SRSP is registered as a non-profit, non-government organization. The Board of Directors of SRSP gives it its strategic vision.
During my sojourn at SRSP, I have worked under various National and International Donors including; DFID, World Bank, US AID, IFAD, PPAF etc.
Major Job Responsibilities
Management of all administrative matters including management of vehicle pool, office supplies, arrangements for various events i.e. staff meetings, Manager Conferences at community level, Office bearer trainings, Skill development trainings, Personnel record and other related issues, and financial dealing with various stakeholders.
 Supervision and detailment of support staff.
 Dealing with line agencies and other offices in the project area
 Making arrangements for visiting in country and foreign delegations.
 Keeping up to date record of furniture fixture and their maintenance, supervision of all office buildings in respect of their maintenance, ensuring neat & clean office environment and foolproof security arrangements.
 Designing and executing of contract/agreements with different vendors and landlords.
 Preparing advertisements for vacancy announcements, interviews, employee selection and salary negotiation after recruitment results in hiring of high quality people for all positions of SRSP Kohat Region
 Undertake exercise for the renewal and revision of compensation and benefit packages for the staff.

The NWFP Barani Area Development Project (Phase II) is working in eleven (11) Districts of NWFP and is being formulated to improve the welfare of people resident in rainfed areas where incidence of poverty is high, but where there is also considerable potential for economic and social improvements. The Phase II Project is following an ongoing GoP/ADB-financed project, Barani Area Development Project (Loan No. 1179-PAK), which has demonstrated success through community-based, demand-driven approaches. Community mobilization and organization has provided an entry point for technical service providers in the agriculture, forestry, and social sectors, and the Phase- I experience demonstrated local initiative and commitment to sustainability. Interventions have included covered agriculture, forestry, education, health, rural infrastructure, roads, credit, and institutional development.
Major Job Responsibilities

 Process payments against suppliers invoices and ensure completion of all necessary documentation before submission for payment;
 Record keeping of stock registers for all health facilities and warehouse records;
 Inventory management of the project;
 Preparation of written tests and interview format for the recruitment and selection purposes.
