I currently work as Cost Controller in Angola for a company leader in the construction of sub sea structures for support of the oil industry, with revenue of 220M+ USD/Year, reporting in Angola to the General Manager, and in Paris to the AFMED CFO.
My main responsibilities at present include:
· Financial packs for shareholders;
· Financial reporting for the General Management;
· Reporting, analysis and corrective proposals for different business areas;
· Projects and investments follow-up and reporting;
· Preparation of budgets and forecasts;
· 3 Year plan preparation.

I have previously worked in Portugal as Financial Controller for one of the top 3 Portuguese companies in the Agro-alimentary industry, with revenue of over 120M EUR/Year, reporting directly to the CEO. In this company I was also co-manager of the purchase department, having experience in commodities (wheat, corn and soya included), and dealing with complex supply chains.

I’ve been leading small teams for several years and have excellent inter-personal skills, working very well as a team player. I’m also a chartered accountant, with knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS/IAS.

Additionally, I’m fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, and have basic notions of Italian.
