Turner & Townsend Europe – Senior Cost Manager (2007)
Primary role has been as senior commercial position, responsible for the Client’s Commercial Department including cost delivery and commercial services on a multi purpose development at Tigne Point, Malta for the Client MIDI Developments. Value circa GBP200M.
Also involved in pre-contract cost planning for the proposed Smart City development in Malta, as well as assisting when required in cost planning activities for a variety of projects undertaken from Turner and Townsends Amsterdam office including cost planning projects in France and khazakstan.
